Joshua was professional, and knowledgeable and explained options to fix my under-house gas leak which turned out to be in two locations. He was able to repair one section and did a great job answering my questions and describing the scope of work. He and his crew will be back to complete a more complicated pipe replacement and I feel confident the work will be done well.

I have used Flow Pro for several years. They have consistently provided top quality service and their plumbing technicians are always very friendly and professional. They are not the low-cost option, but they provide excellent, service and value for the money. 10/10. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

I have been using Flow Pro Plumbing for a few years now as I have rental properties in Oakley. Some have been small jobs and a couple were big ones. They have been great to work with. They not only are prompt when I need them but they keep me informed every step of the way. Great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

After calling Flow Pro Plumbing, Jesse quickly came and diagnosed my water heater problem. He was informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was able to give me several options to consider. Due to the age of the water heater, I made the decision to replace it and Jesse installed a new one for me right away. The office person who helped me was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I would definitely use Flow Pro Plumbing again and I highly recommend them.

I had already received several different online quotes I “shopped around” and this company gave me the most reasonable quote of all! So I scheduled an appointment and even though there was some confusion and the quote I received was a mistake they honored it with no problem at all! The name of the technician they sent out was Gem P. He was very understanding and very accommodating he provided friendly and fast service I am a happy and satisfied customer!

My parent’s water heater went out on a Saturday morning. After several calls, Jesse was the most responsive and helpful. He even went out of his way to accommodate them the same day, on a weekend!! We were sent a text with an estimated time frame and another when the technician was actually en route to their home. The technician was super friendly, did a great job, left everything clean, and checked the plumbing to make sure there was hot water working on all faucets before leaving. Super friendly, professional & great pricing, thank you for coming out so quickly and taking care of everything.
